Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Nudgie. This is a working draft written alongside the app, not reviewed legal advice — have a lawyer read it before you rely on it.

Your account

You need a valid email address to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox, because it is how sign-in codes reach you. One account belongs to one person.

Pairing

Nudgie pairs exactly two accounts. Pairing is by invitation, and either of you can unpair. Unpairing deletes the shared deck and the nudge history for both people. It is not reversible.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Nudgie to harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone, including your partner.
• Do not use it to send content that is illegal where either of you lives.
• Do not attempt to reach another pair’s data, or to disrupt the service for others.

You can report a nudge or a person from inside the app, and you can block someone. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.

Alarms and delivery are best effort

Scheduled nudges and ring-through delivery depend on Apple’s and Google’s notification systems, your device settings, and your network. Nudgie is not a medical, safety, or emergency service. Do not rely on it for anything where a missed or late alert causes harm.

Paid subscriptions

Premium is billed per pair through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by whichever store you bought through, under that store’s rules.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; the account deletion page explains how. We may end an account that breaks the acceptable use rules above.

Service as-is

Nudgie is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
